The most simplistic way and delicious way to make homemade peach ice tea. Start off with the fresh peach, chop them up into two tablespoons. Squeeze a fresh lime, into 2 ounces. Based on your preference of sweetener, between simple syrup, light agave syrup, dark amber agave syrup or honey; gather 2 ounces. Break apart some fresh mint so that it can release its natural fragrance and oils. Pour it all into a glass or shaker and begin to muddle all the ingredients together. Once it’s all muddled well add some ice and give it a good shake.

What tea goes well with peach?

My preference is green tea since it’s a slight earthy flavor. It pairs well with the freshness of the peach and any of the sweeteners. My second favorite tea to pair with a the freshness of the peach black tea. Black tea is very similar to the taste of green tea. But if you’re looking for a bright, fresh flavor mixture then use peppermint tea. The peppermint tea has a bursting flavor that is awaking to the palate. The combination of the peppermint tea and light sweetness of the peach makes for a delightful Mocktail.
